Browsers

I didn't realize that browsers were just software applications used for retrieving and presenting information on the World Wide Web. Information is identified by a URI, which is a string of characters used to name a resource, and it may be in the form of a web page, image, video or particular content. There are many different browsers but the most popular ones are Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, and Internet Explorer.
